Return Policy
Return and replacement policy for Stamp Junction orders.
Because most of our products are customized, made to order, or printed after customer approval, returns and exchanges are limited. A return may be accepted only if the product is found broken or physically damaged at the time of delivery. Customers must check the item during open delivery and report any visible damage immediately to the delivery representative or our support team before accepting the order
Printing, spelling, layout, logo, color, size, or design issues cannot be treated as return reasons when the artwork, preview, or final details were already reviewed and approved by the customer before production. Once a custom product has been produced according to approved information, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect customer-provided details, or later design preference changes.
To request a damage-based return review, the customer should contact us on the same day of delivery with the order number, clear photos or video of the damaged item, and packaging details. If the claim is approved after inspection, we may arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion depending on the product and issue. Products must be unused and returned with original packaging where applicable.
